Melissa and
James
James and I run the resort and do everything here. Meet James
James is an A La Carte chef with 17 years' experience who now uses his talents to spoil our guests. He was born in Melbourne, grew up in New Zealand and has spent a few years perfecting his trade in Scotland and Europe. He also looks after all the maintenance on the property and always ensures the pool and water are tested and safe.
Meet Melissa
With a sales and marketing background, Melissa looks after the administrative side of the business and ensures our guests can find out about us. She will also organise your entire holiday while staying here, from your tours to where you have dinner, she is happy to help. Born in South Africa with German heritage, Melissa is able to converse with guests in three different languages and will make them feel very welcome. We look forward to meeting you!
